The Chateau d'Arcangues is located near the charming village of Arcangues and is a French historical monument.
Each summer the castle opens its doors to the public. Come and admire the chateau's surprising interior design inspired by the grand mansions of Scotland and England with the vast entry hall in blond hungarian oak topped off with a circular library and a glass ceiling.

 | The Salon Blanc (Salon des Gobelins) is decorated with Gobelins tapestries and Louis XV - Louis XVI furniture. The Green Boudoir features family portraits, the Bureau Rouge is decorated in the Spanish style with autographs and letters of the rich and famous who were guests of the chateau. The Dining room features Aubusson tapestries and the Empire bedroom (where the Duke of Wellington lived in 1813) features Empire Egyptian style furniture. The large park includes a wide variety of plants and trees and is open to visitors of the museum.
